Hour 1: Cenk & Ana. Tax records revealed in a new report showed that a Virginia-based non-profit organization gave millions to a group that took out ads urging GOP Senators to keep Merrick Garland out of the Supreme Court and put Neil Gorsuch in. Last year alone, The Wellspring Committee gave $23 million to the Judicial Crisis Network, which in turn spent $7 million on materials opposing Garland. After President Donald Trump was elected, JCN spent another $10 million in pro-Gorsuch ads. Sen. Lisa Murkowski says she supports GOP efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate.

Hour 2: Cenk & Ana. Harvey Weinstein allegedly hired private investigative firms to collect damaging information on his sexual harassment accusers and spy on actress Rose McGowan, who alleges that Weinstein raped her. A former sports doctor accused of molesting several girls while working for USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University pleaded guilty to seven charges of criminal sexual conduct on Wednesday. Larry Nassar entered the plea during a hearing in Michigan's Ingham County on Wednesday. Nassar, 54, was charged with molesting seven girls, all but one of whom were gymnasts, mostly under the guise of treatment at his Lansing-area home and a campus clinic. He faces lawsuits filed by more than 125 women and girls. The United Nations Command in control of the border between the two Koreas released dramatic video on Tuesday of what happened when a North Korean soldier defected to the South on Nov. 13.
The video shows the defector speeding south in a jeep before getting out, being shot at least five times by North Korean soldiers pursuing him and then being dragged to safety by South Korean soldiers. The surveillance video also showed one of the North Korean guards step across the demarcation line between the two countries while chasing the defector, in violation of a cease-fire agreement.
